While the client creates enormous digital content types for their clients, they were stuck in creating a virtual tour of 3000 properties having around 357 images in each. They had a stringent deadline of 25 days to complete it. This is when they felt the need to tie up with an offshore partner to assist with the colossal task. To start with the project, we discussed the stringent time with the team and came up with a delivery plan. We received images in batches. A group of 14 image editors and two panorama experts, two quality analysts, was formed with a scope to hire ten more image editors to meet the volume and deadline.
Starting with auto-blending and manual blending followed with HDR blending, lighting adjustments, correcting exposure, noise, color, decluttering, perspective corrections of the ceilings and walls using Photoshop, the process went smooth. The next step was to remove the tripod, reflection, and image stitching in PTGui. We then corrected the mismatches, alignment errors, removed ghosting, created thumbnails, added hotspots, logo, map with radar, and music in 3D Vista. Finally, the finished files were shared with the client through file-transfer-protocol (FTP).

Matching with the client's zeal, we successfully delivered the batches on the deadline making the client extremely satisfied. They were much relieved with having a completed considerable volume, which helped them attain a good name from their customer.
